Business Hours

Business hours are from 9 am to 5pm.  The office will be closed on major holidays and all weekends except for emergencies.


Check-in & Check-Out

Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm.  Late Check-ins must be scheduled in advance.  Please contact your STAY representative immediately with your arrival time.  Check-out is 10am. 

There will be no refund for early departures or guests arriving after their scheduled check-in date.  The STAY encourages the use of travelers insurance for all reservations. 


Suite Guarantee

The STAY will make every attempt to accommodate specific unit requests.  However, we cannot guarantee specific units, levels, or views.  Based upon availability, guarantees may be obtained for an additional charge.


Southwest Reservations

Please be advised that along with beautiful scenery in the Southwest, you may experience spiders, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, bobcats, and other animals or insects.  The STAY does not assume liability for any such encounters.


Suite Inventories

The STAY keeps a certain inventory of items in each suite and replaces broken or missing items when applicable.  Any broken or missing items noticed upon check-in should be reported to our office immediately.   Management will make every attempt to get a replacement in a timely manner.  The STAY will not be held liable for items that are not reported or cannot be replaced during a guest’s STAY.


Keys

You will receive 2 key sets to the unit with each suite.  All keys must be left in the unit upon departure.  One unit key should be returned to the lockbox and the sets of keys should be placed on the kitchen counter.  Any keys not returned will incur a $50 per set charge to the credit card on file.


Payment

A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation. For high season reservations full payment may be required upon booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.  Reservations booked through third parties will require a credit card and driver’s license for incidentals only.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and or personal check/money order with management consent. Each reservation may utilize a maximum of two credit cards.  For large groups a prepayment by check may be acceptable.  Please contact you’re the STAY representative for details.

A $40 fee will be collected on any returned check.  Future payments will require a credit card or a cashiers check. 


Cancellations and Date Changes

Cancellations and date changes are not allowed from February 1st - March 31st (high season).

If cancellation or date change is made:

ALL UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE

For the comfort of all guests, the STAY does not allow smoking or pets in any suite.  In the case of non-compliance a $250 cleaning fee may be accessed.
