Who is the
STAY?
The STAY describes
beautifully furnished apartments, condominiums and homes, ideal for
vacationers, relocating executives and others in need of short term stay
accommodations. The STAY takes leases on premium residential apartments
and homes; we add our signature furnishings, and then sublet the homes
to our guests.
The STAY currently
offers locations in North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale Arizona with plans
to expand to other vacation destinations in the near future. With over
10 years of combined experience in the hospitality and travel industry,
the STAY management is focused on providing the finest customer
experience for all our guests.
What is the difference between the STAY and a hotel?
The STAY offers spacious, fully furnished,
beautifully decorated suites, much larger than hotel rooms (even extended
stay hotel rooms), featuring a genuine residential character. The STAY
provides the finest accommodations in each metropolitan area. All homes
feature a complete kitchen, and have separate dining, living and
sleeping areas. They even include a washer & dryer in the suite. A wide
range of personal services and exceptional amenities including fitness
clubs, spas and swimming pools provide a refined relaxing lifestyle, and
offer a caring and homelike atmosphere for guests and their families.

How do I check in and locate my suite?
The STAY is here to help you locate
and check-in to your home.. When the reservation is confirmed, we'll
provide you with an address, phone number, easy directions (from the
airport or a major highway) a map and access to your suite via a
lockbox. No check in is necessary. Our locations all offer gated
access and must be setup in advance for any late check-ins. Please call
your representative for details. If anything goes wrong, just give us
a call anytime.
