Weekly Rates

Weekly rates must be paid in advance and are due at move in.

Monthly Rates

Monthly rates are based on a 30 night stay with advance payment. Thirty day notice to vacate is required on any monthly STAY or weekly rate applies.

Tax is additional.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is held on major credit card at check-in.
